Effective July 2026. Madhu Media (“we,” “us”) operates this website from Riverside, California. This page explains what information the site collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Estimate and contact form submissions. Name, email, and anything you choose to include (phone, event date, project details). We use it to reply to you, prepare your quote, and coordinate your booking. That is all we use it for.
• Basic, cookie-free analytics. This site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not identify you personally and sets no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We never sign you up for marketing lists you did not ask for.
• We never collect payment details through this website.

Photos and films on this site

The weddings, portraits, and films shown here are real Madhu Media work, shared with the warmth of the couples and families in them. If you appear in an image on this site and would like it removed, email us and we will take care of it.

Third-party services

Form submissions are delivered by our form provider, and embedded films are played through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which only sets cookies if you choose to play a video. External sites (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, our Pixieset gallery) have their own privacy policies.
